One downside I see in the product would be, an employee is able to request more PTO time then they have in their "bank" and if you aren't paying attention and it gets approved, the employee can end up getting more than they actually should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some wish list items that I wish Eddy had, including a way to manage I9 compliance in the platform, for example, connected to e-verify for I9 submissions. Additionally, I wish there was a training content library that was customizable and available included in pricing, I would even pay additional pricing for this feature.
