**What do you like best about EdCast MyGuide?**

I really like the advanced AI capabilities of EdCast MyGuide, such as the natural language processing and proactive assistant features. The automatic guidance for voice-based support is also something I appreciate. The platform's advanced capabilities are superb. I also benefit from the knowledge base with accessible articles, surveys for feedback, and its integration with web, mobile, and desktop environments. The ability to search articles and the ease of integration are beneficial for me. The initial setup of EdCast MyGuide is very easy, especially compared to my previous solution, which was more complicated.

**What do you dislike about EdCast MyGuide?**

Common user complaints about EdCast MyGuide include the challenging event integration managed mostly by the vendor and limited built-in reporting that requires an extra cost. Occasionally, there are mobile technical issues like crashes or non-loading tools.

I use EdCast MyGuide for employee onboarding and in-app guidance. The advanced AI capabilities like natural language processing, proactive assistant, and automatic guidance are superb. **What do you like best about EdCast MyGuide?**

MyGuide delivers powerful inline guide capabilities, but so much more. 

When I first started using MyGuide, I was not aware of Surveys, Automation, Form Validation, Digital Duct Tape, Video creation. I am pleasantly surprised by the breadth of capabilities.

**What do you dislike about EdCast MyGuide?**

Learning curve is greater than I expected. It's easy to create simple guides. It's hard to create more sophisticated guides on complex software that work in every fathomable scenario.

**Recommendations to others considering EdCast MyGuide:**

Dig deep into the core functions. The MyGuide team will help you meet your needs.
Explore the other capabilities (i.e. Survey) you will find a use for them.

**What problems is EdCast MyGuide solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a training site and  run a lot of surveys. These are launched by beacons on a page. Also using inline guides and tool tips.
We offer registration for an online instructor led course, and MyGuide helps users enroll in all of the correct modules which used to be a problem.

MyGUide was used to onboard sales representatives on SFDC applications and train sales team on SFDC. This helped us increase the efficiency of sales users on applications.

**What do you like best about EdCast MyGuide?**

I love the variety of different features the program has. You can use tooltips hat show up anytime you go to a specified webpage. You can cover and use digital hiders to control what the user sees if information needs to be kept secure. You can use automation to simplify everyday tasks or for something that is long and tedious and only needs a bit of human interaction besides clicking and moving around the page. It is an awesome program!

**What do you dislike about EdCast MyGuide?**

I can't really give any dislikes. They are constantly improving the software and if there is ever an issue, they are extremely quick to resolve and improve upon it.

**Recommendations to others considering EdCast MyGuide:**

Try the program and make sure to ask about the many features it has. The expansive selection of features has given me many new things that I can use MyGuide to accomplish. It is not just a guide for clicking and moving around the page like many of the others. It has options on top of options to make for a very customized, intelligent program.

We now use Edcast MyGuide for automation and user onboarding!

**What do you like best about EdCast MyGuide?**

With MyGuide we are able to ensure that our clients receive interactive training that is ongoing.  We are able to change how we train our clients by moving away from the traditional classroom training to hands-on interactive training of new applications and programs.  With MyGuide we are already seeing an increase in productivity and knowledge of users during the on-boarding process.

I haven't found anything to dislike about MyGuide.

If you're looking for a way to shorten the on-boarding process or keep your users current and productive with your applications then MyGuide is the way to go.

We are using MyGuide to improve our training and on-boarding processes for clients and their users.  By providing our clients with more hands-on and interactive training, with MyGuide, we are able to ensure that new users will be confident with the applications and programs they are using.  With MyGuide we are also able to make training on updates easy by having users experience the updates and completing any new steps correctly with MyGuide.

MyGuide helped us in on-boarding new users and increased product adoptions. MyGuide allowed us to easily create walkthroughs for our product without writing a single line of code, Now we know where our users struggle with the help of MyIntel, Overall MyGuide is a must-have tool for every company willing to drive their product adoption and improve the onboarding experience.  

I will recommend this product to all SaaS companies, every SaaS application must have MyGuide

There's nothing I dislike as such, but there are probably many new nice-to-haves I'd like to see in MyGuide such as some additional reporting capabilities and similar.

**Recommendations to others considering EdCast MyGuide:**

It's a must-have tool if you are a SaaS company it reduces more than 90% of your training efforts.
If you are Enterprise and you apps like Salesforce or HCM or complex ERP systems you should use MyGuide as it increases employee productivity by providing them in-app contextual help.

We are solving problems like onboarding, Product adoption, In-App Training, New feature announcements, in-app surveys, we are also exploring MyGuide's automation capabilities.

We like Slideshow and video functionality most. Slideshow feature helps us to learn and perform activities step by step and video feature is the combination of all the steps. Also, it provides the Inline guide to play functionality.

As of now, we did not find anything major issue in functionality.

We use the MyGuide app for providing the training to our employees for using our internal software. Its gr8 tool that created the various guides according to the training that our members are needed.

Whenever a new employee came to an organization they need to get the details for HR system, Internal system, payroll system. Now all these are easy one with help of MyGuide.

Simple to use authoring environment with wizard based input screens to make the SME life easy. Different modes like training, simulation, assessment and in-app guidance with one publishing option. Being in cloud make the content available after it get published immediately to the user. Overall it is a great Digital Adoption Solution.

MyGuide could have created more base guides on popular apps so that organization shall have some base guides to start adopting and further customize.

I have done few training sessions with My Guide experts and I need to say it is very intuitive and easy to use.
I tried to create my own guide and it works perfectly. I am keen to use it in the next upcoming projects!

As a matter of fact I believe there are many functionalities/options and sometimes it is not easy to find the "right" one for the purpose you are pursuing

**What do you like best about EdCast MyGuide?**

Easy to understand user interface. I could set it up on my own and create walkthroughs of our product for our customers. I personally like language translation feature the most, it helps in gaining more customers globally. The development team is also very responsive. Whenever an issue has been brought to their notice, they have consistently endeavored to fix them promptly.

**What do you dislike about EdCast MyGuide?**

There isn't anything about GuideMe that I dislike so far. They are constantly adding new features to the product thus making it more beneficial.

I would 100% recommend GuideMe for creating interactive training guides for your users.

We are GuideMe partners and love the benefits the solution provides to customer success, sales, and retention teams. GuideMe is a great solution for explainer videos and tutorials that resonate with the audience and are simple to setup, scale, and deploy. The automated GuideMe setup is great, too.

**What do you like best about EdCast MyGuide?**

This is one of the best software for customer onboarding. We have started using guideme extension to create walkthrough of our software functionality to our customer. I like the language feature the most. We can explain the functionality to user in English and hindi. It removes the language barrier. In app steps are also very good. It  improves user experience a lot.  I would 100% recommend this product, because it is so simple to understand. I personally  understand this product without training.  This is the beauty of this product.

As of now, i did not find anything that is objectionable.

**What do you like best about EdCast MyGuide?**

I liked the  Image steps feature most. We created walkthroughs for our mobile application. We captured screenshots then highlighted our application section using guideme chrome extension paint tool. There paint tool is awesome and very user friendly.  This product is very easy to use and does not require any training.

**What do you dislike about EdCast MyGuide?**

At this moment, I don't have any major issues, because I just used its image step feature.

I would recommend this product.

I like the inline step functionality most. It help us to perform activities  step by step. I used the tours set by our admin and I was able to understand functionality very quickly.  I would recommend this software for setting up on-boarding tours.
