**What do you like best about EDB for PostgreSQL?**

We have been working with EDB in supporting our Postgres databases for over a year as I am writting this review.  Their engineers have shown excellent technical capabilities. Their Tech Support portal and process design is mature and well thought.

**What do you dislike about EDB for PostgreSQL?**

We have not encountered any issues working with EDB so far.   Only thing I noticed is that EDB's Professional Services offering is a bit complicated.

**What problems is EDB for PostgreSQL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

architecture design.   technical support in operation that give us a peace of mind.

**What do you like best about EDB for PostgreSQL?**

EDB has deep experience in working with and maintaining PostgreSQL.   It has been a pleasure working with their account representatives and support team.

**What do you dislike about EDB for PostgreSQL?**

There is no real downside other than EDB would prefer the use of their maintenance software packages, other than 3 party vendors.  That is to be expected.

**What problems is EDB for PostgreSQL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EDB provides operational support for our postgreSQL infrastructure which helps us solve production issues in a timely fashion.

EDB is well supported by a great support org. EDB is very innovative which can be seen with their pgCN

It not a dislike but a concern that EDB not diverge from community Postgres.

Supported Postgres.  Vector support for AI context.  Database on containers.

the interface is not friendly and i often have collisions in the connection ports

It is fully managed by Postgres on On-Premises and in the cloud.

Postgresql is the best and it has left nothing to say anything about its dislikes.

My all ERP is Developed on Postgresql. Apart from using MS-SQL, Oracle and organizations use it.
