I like that it has an intuitive GUI, easy to set up the site. I have also to mention that their customer service is excellent. What I dislike the most is their Lightspeed Payment, I signed up with them and all my problems started right away, they requested to remove a diet supplement product from my site, I did what they requested and after that they never responded to me I sent them 6 emails asking why they do they hold my funds and why Lightspeed Payment is disabled but nobody cared to respond to me, this is unacce[ptable, there are much better payment processors out there. According to our research that we’ve implemented, Ecwid is the best platform for a small business. It is flexible, you can customise it in accordance with your own preferences. I've used several different sales interfaces before and Ecwid is incredibly easy to use. There was a very small learning curve. This program even has a list of tasks that help you set up everything you need. You get reminders if you don't fully compete the setup, so there is no way to mess it up. Something I really like is the integration of the iphone app & website. It makes it really easy to change quantities whenever, wherever.
