What do you like best about ECP?

ECP is built for Assisted Living. I love that it is a smaller company and when we need something I literally get a response in 2 minutes from someone. The platform is so easy to use I don't have to spend much time training any body. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ECP?

Every time I find a downside I just email ECP and they fix it or walk me through a work around and get it on their list to resolve permanently. If they can't resolve it permanently they walk me through why and it's usually best for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We understand how important regulatory compliance and streamlining documentation such as Care Plans are for our communities. State Compliant Care Plans have been a core component in ECP for over a decade. We have State and license specific templates including assessments and required reporting for states across the U.S.​​​​​​​
