It is integrated with our pharmacy which was great for new orders to be sent through into our MAR from them. But if I made changes to DC a med for example, that did not flow over back to them. Some parts were not intuative- to submit refills you had to hit a button in one area and then finish submitting it in another area which did not make sense and the second part was often missed so the refill was not completed. Seemed like it took too many clicks to get into anywhere- like a matrix or inception of too many windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is ECP solving and how is that benefiting you? It functions as our eMAR which is much much better than using the paper MARs by a landslide. It allows me to see the documentation in real time at each group home while I am remote and make any changes to the MAR immediately that result from new physician orders.
