Forms were not tailored to our company; Overcharged for service; when the company that required the service was sold and we no longer needed Ecovadis; we sent them a message on the day of our renewal and was told that we were required to cancel BEFORE renewal date. They threatened to send our invoice to collections if we did not pay the annual subscription for a service that we did not request or want. They are just in it for the money. Not to help customers.
