This makes us concerned that we may have lost points for issues that should not have been counted against us. I didn't know about the scorecard inquiry, which would have been useful to know that we could challenge our score, so this should be advertised more clearly in the platform as an option to ensure we are scored as accurately as possible. Additionally, the current fee structure could be improved by increasing fees at a later stage, allowing organizations to first benefit from the procedures before incurring higher costs. Furthermore, I am frustrated by the acceptance process for certain ISO certificates, as some are not recognized as valid by EcoVadis, impacting our approval process.
