
The software is straightforward to configure and meets our requirements effectively. I have found customer support to be responsive whenever assistance is needed. Integration with other HEXAGON products, as well as our in-house systems, is also seamless. Additionally, HEXAGON regularly updates the software with the latest features. Most of the time, upgrading the software disrupts the existing configuration, which often leads to several interactions with the support team. They need to replicate the issue on their end before it can be forwarded to the development team, where it is then scheduled for a fix in a future release.
