**What do you like best about Ecosmob?**

It is difficult to learn and use Multitenant Conferencing. The documentation of the application is direct and less user friendly. It is unable to accommodate a growing number of users without any hiccups. The platforms reliability and glitches make it worse.

**What do you dislike about Ecosmob?**

It lacks an event recording feature. This makes it inconvenient for users when they need to access recorded events. Despite claiming to enhance communication capabilities the software fails to solve issues such, as disconnections.

**What problems is Ecosmob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It falls short in providing a user experience and fails to deliver on its promise of conferencing. Multi tenant Conferencing is unable to resolve the problems of hosting types of conferences on a platform. This has been obstructive, for our business as it does not provide a package for video and web conferences. It has made collaboration and communication very difficult.

**What do you like best about Ecosmob?**

Its nature and the features it provides are not too good. There is a lack of documentation and guides the app remains difficult to navigate. The customer support team is also less helpful, in solving any concerns that arise.

**What do you dislike about Ecosmob?**

When it comes to areas for improvement, It lacks the ability to handle a large number of participants during conferences. Each user is unable to effortlessly present their topic without encountering any difficulties not ensuring communication among attendees.

**What problems is Ecosmob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are disconnections and bugs within the software that make it unreliable at times. Solving these issues would increase the user experience. Adding more features and customization options would make Multi tenant Conferencing a versatile solution.
