What stands out for me is the site-wide exchanges feature. Unlike other apps, EcoReturns facilitates exchanges directly within my website without redirecting users to another domain. This not only makes my shoppers happy, but also maintains a consistent brand presence throughout the returns process. Also, automate has been a game-changer for me. The problem I faced there was that shoppers used to go out of my website flow to place an exchange request.
