Engage EHS is very easy and convenient to use. I like to have everything in one place that is easy for the team to access. The modules for risk assessemnt are of particular use to us and include all of the relevant fields that allows us to produce and manage this aspect of H&S management. We've only been uysing it for aboiut six months, so far we've not found anything to dislike. The high level of configurability, allowing the system to adapt to almost any process that the company may operate. This supports better engagement from employees who will have to adopt a different way of working, a system that is flexible enough to meet them more than half way, is better than a rigid system which they have to adapt to. The inconsistent methods for inputting back office data, this only impacts the admin team who build and manage the system, some drop down options are entered one at a time, and then again for each group/module, and other sets of data are copied and pasted in (such as reporting group) very easy, very quick and very functional. A minor niggle really, as we are not building it every day, nevertheless, the question was asked... one other thing, the erratict behaviour of the Engage app on iPhone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
