The product allows compliance to easily engage and communicate with workers in order to help facilitate safety procedures in plan for them and also helps improve safety on site. My company complains that it is sometimes difficult to get in touch with support/speak to a representative on the phone about issues that have come up. Maintaining equipment level compliance is on occasion subject to new rules/laws and caveats that are difficult to work around without consultation with a human.
