Command HVAC is the AI Operating System for HVAC contractors running 2–50+ trucks, made by eCon Growth, the software company behind Command HVAC, the AI OS HVAC companies run on. Powered by Anthropic's Claude, it combines Roger, a 24/7 AI voice agent that answers and books every call in under three seconds, with AI dispatch automation, real-time visibility dashboards, coaching analytics, and weekly business intelligence reports. It is the operating system the business runs on. Co-founded by Kristopher Cravens (Founder & CEO, ten years inside HVAC operations) and Watson Wheeler (Co-Founder & COO, operations and exit strategy). Replaces the chaos of owner-dependent operations with a system that scales without breaking when the dispatcher is out.
