**What do you like best about eCommerce 21?**

The eCommerce21 comes at a very reasonable price which enabled my customer's brand online eCommerce21 also Integrated different tools such as email marketing, SEO and their training and support are also very good.

**What do you dislike about eCommerce 21?**

We found 2 issues in the platform - 
 1. The platform does not have an Android mobile platform.
2. The platform does not have 24x7 call support.
3. The eCommerce21 does not have a free trail and monthly/yearly plan.

**What problems is eCommerce 21 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have listed our products (Clothes) on eCommerce21 and generating sells from their by different mediums SEC, Email marketing, Social media martketing etc. The platform has a very good data privacy and operational ease.
