What do you like best about Ecomchain?

An excellent platform that meets our day to day retail needs. Found the team @ eComchain to be courteous, amazing knowledge and always there to help 24X7. I evaluated other platforms such as shopify, BigCommerce, PrestaShop and many others, before we picked eComchain. There are plenty of features and functionalities offered by eComchain that's not offered by many others who have been in the industry 10+ years, such as Subscription-based order process, integration to custom tax calculations important for our business in Australia, Shipping Charges that let us pick for Australia Post and many others. What do you dislike about Ecomchain?

Since its a new product in the market, there are growing pains, however this product will definitely deliver and work very well for small to mid-size fledgeling companies like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ecomchain:

If you are looking for the perfect after go-live support, they are the business to reach out to. They have responded to my emails in 5 mins and attended to my calls late in the nights and early morning. Very happy to have picked eComchain for our eCommerce site. What problems is Ecomchain solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Ecomchain?

The platform has been built around the standard processes for Small-to-mid size businesses. Rich in features and functionalities, allows manufactures (for eg.) invite Distributors and Retailers to share the same eCommerce platform and personalize their own respect sites, resulting in a cost-effective platform at the same time increasing revenue for multiple organizations. Once the eCommerce platform is completely setup, businesses can almost leave it alone and just let it sell, bring in revenue at multiple levels on the same platform. What do you dislike about Ecomchain?

Since the concept of this B2B2C is new, every business who plan to use this application will need some hand holding from the eComchain pre-sales consultant for a couple of hours, before going live with an exemplary strikingly attractive site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
