We decided to go with ecomail instead of many other platforms mainly because cost/value ration and czech support. But the overall experience surprised us! During 12+ months we increased our client's newsletters revenues by tens of percent (YoY). With the integration of ecomail automation we have also spent less time with boring tasks. There's so many things, but I'll try to point out at least a few of them.

Easy creation of segments - a very important feature! Ecomail makes creating segments simple, intuitive and fast.

Overview and management of the campaigns - you can easily view the results of any campaign (no matter how old it is). Very clear results, including a graph showing e.g. when recipients opened the email. In the overview you can see many data including the list of email addresses that opened the email, did not open, clicked on a link, or unsubscribed (and many many more).

Creating custom fields - very useful for managing and sorting contacts. Without this feature we would not be able to keep our contacts in order.

Importing new contacts in few clicks and adding sorting fields - the whole process is very user friendly and easy.
