What do you dislike about Ecom Express? They should send regular alerts to the user on the status of their package. They are connected to many small villages and towns and can deliver things faster than average post services. I myself have used Ecom Express quite a time for logistic needs. It is good, have been using the service as a customer and have not faced any problems as such. They do come and deliver to the remote areas as well, which is a blessing! The delivery agents do not have a phone number to be contacted on, it goes to their central IVR number, which is a pain, in case of an emergency there is no way to communicate with the delivery agents. The main problem which they are solving would be helping out with the delivery of articles across the area, their wide network is not something every other courier services have.
