What do you like best about Ecom Express?

I like how it is very cheap compared to its competitors and it is very easy to book a shipment on it and link various channels as well, including both Offline and Online Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ecom Express?

Delivery time and shipment handling are terrible; often, customers have reported the product has been damaged during the shipping process, which is a big negative for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ecom Express solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me deliver or move a product or shipment from point A to point B within the same country. I cannot say much about international deliveries. If the product reaches the customer in the same state it was sent, then it is a benefit for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
