**What do you like best about Ecom Express?**

I like how it is very cheap compared to its competitors and it is very easy to book a shipment on it and link various channels as well, including both Offline and Online

**What do you dislike about Ecom Express?**

Delivery time and shipment handling are terrible; often, customers have reported the product has been damaged during the shipping process, which is a big negative for me.

**What problems is Ecom Express solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me deliver or move a product or shipment from point A to point B within the same country. I cannot say much about international deliveries. If the product reaches the customer in the same state it was sent, then it is a benefit for me.
