Nothing, most pathetic courier service provider

**What do you dislike about Ecom Express?**

I used  their service for sending few parcels for my business, the experience was really pathetic.
Late pickups, holding shipments in the delivery center, not delivering, damaging shipments etc.

**What problems is Ecom Express solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing, they have increased problems
