After prior implementations to help us manage Hybrid Closings never got off the ground or got adoption from our teams, Snapdocs stepped in and was able to bridge the common gaps left by other eClose solutions, such as Encompass natively, or other outside vendors. It is also easy to use, so our Closing Team has fully adopted it on almost all eligible closings already! Rich and his team made implementation easy, and made sure that nothing was missed. Anytime we had a question, it was promptly addressed and if the answer wasn't immediately known, Rich and his team would have it for us by our next meeting, helping us stay on track. Bringing consistency to the inconsistency that can be closing. At the tail end of the manufacturing process, closing is where it all comes together or all falls apart for the Borrower Experience. Snapdocs helps make it the same experience every time, and helps the Loan Officers know exactly what is going to happen when, with full visibility the whole way through. The ease for your members/customers to use this program is one of the easiest I have seen. The implementation process was by far one the best I have been part of, easy to follow, the expectations were valid, and the attention to detail from the team was outstanding. Members can now view and sign their documents ahead of time. This has saved our loan officers tons of printing time, windshield time when traveling for closings, and the abilty to upload documents when completed much faster. I'm not sure if this is with SnapDocs but due to our LOS we have to go thru the Collaboration Center to push into Snap Docs, it would be nice if we could push from our LOS directly into SnapDocs without that middle system.
