Earlier me and my team used to do data it on Excel but that was a cumbersome process. ### 2. Filters are helpful. **What do you dislike about Eclipse AI?** - AI-generated action point: The AI should be capable of generating the top 4/5 insights extracted from the full survey and provide relevant suggestions. What it does now is just provide a lot of data interpretation from each question/graph-- these interpretations are easily understandable by looking at the graphs at the first place, hence don't require separate interpretation. For example, a top insight from a particular survey could be- "Your customers are mostly unhappy just because they can't make enough money by selling your product". Suggestion-"Try revising customer benefits or provide better value." **What problems is Eclipse AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understand customers' media consumption behavior. Identify what matters most to my customers. ### 3. It saves our time and energy and thus boosts efficiency. ### 4.
