eClinical Works is very easy to use. From entering a patient to setting up appointments, rescheduling as well as referrals. Watts Healthcare Center uses this software for an array of things. I dislike that the scanning feature is very difficult, the program is picky about what type of scanner to use and sometimes does not work. It would be nice if you could upload files directly from the computer versus scanning to get around this problem. Also, the fact that the program is only able to be used in Google Chrome is irritating, and it requires a plug-in so if that doesn't work you have to waste a lot of time trying to get it fixed.
