What do you like best about Eclincher?

The ability to have a client approval page that doesn't require specific logins for the client. Just create and share a URL and they have the ability to see all the posts, edit, comment, approve or reject. Out of the many apps I tested, eClincher had the most features for what it cost and included Google My Business integrations where many didn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eclincher?

The user interface can be a little awkward at first, it's not an app that's exciting or satisfying to use compared to others that obviously invest a lot in UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Eclincher:

Take time to understand the process of creating posts across different profiles, once scheduled it can be a little time consuming to bulk edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing multiple client social media profiles from one place, creating content quickly and getting client approvals that feed straight back in. It saves time and effort. "eClincher Makes Managing a LOT of Channels a Lot Easier!"

What do you like best about Eclincher?

I love that I can build queues and get much of our content scheduled ahead of time, and easily see what is coming up in a visual calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside of using eClincher is that it is not 100% on pulling in every message or comment from every platform, but the benefits outweigh by far, so I am happy, but I do have to manually check my inboxes here and there to make sure I haven't missed any engagement. What do you like best about Eclincher?

Full functionality, platform options, approval workflow and more. Seriously the best platform for my agency scalability and growing team. After reviewing close to 100 different management platforms this one is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the usability is a bit old, but overall I can't complain. I feel the functionality and value for the price is higher than almost any other platform for management. I wish the analytics reporting could be more customizable to add text boxes / titles and notes for clients etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eclincher?

It is really useful for basic SMM for beginners or those that have an account established but don't do much with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eclincher?

There is a lot to dislike here. The tool is setup like it's trying to answer a question that no one asked. I'm honestly confused about the good reviews. I suspected incentive based reviews and some research indicates that is in fact the case. So take them with a grain of salt.

A lot is promised with this and it half delivers, but it delivers slow (or in the case of promised services, never) but will increase the price on you regularly. This would almost be acceptable if it were a modern, fully functional tool.

For something so simple it is very difficult to use and you'll get no help with that.

The platform is painfully slow... STILL.

Which is really a a big deal because it's been awhile now.

I suspect, because of the incredibly competitive marketplace and their inability to get new clients due to the outdated platform and functionality, the price increases are to make up for it from their existing customers.

It's only a matter of time. Find a different, better, more modern platform. There are plenty out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eclincher?

I like that with the eclincher platform, I am able to prepare in advance all my social media channel posts to go out weekly. Mine post-Monday thru Friday on certain channels like Instagram. I also have then posted twice a day on Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eclincher?

I like that eClincher is user-friendly. It makes scheduling social media to multiple accounts a breeze. It is just a click of the button. You are able to monitor several Social accounts with a click of a button. Anything from reviews, messages, comments, likes and share. You can see a calendar so you know what is scheduled and what platform it will go to. You can copy previously posted material with a click of a button. eClincher offers so much! What do you dislike about Eclincher?

I dislike that the main admin accounts, which is me, keeps getting disconnected. Even though they make it simple and notify you immediately through email, it is a pain sometimes as it gives me an error when renewing. But is easily solved with their 24/7 live chat support. With eClincher, myself and my team are saving hours of work within the workday. Thus saving the company money and earning more money by being able to take on more work.
