The team was patient during the development phase and extremely open to our company's specific needs. **What do you dislike about Roboworx?** Early on we had to adjust the availability of the eClerx Team to ensure they could be available during our business hours for unexpected issues with the system. Once we realized this could be problematic they did immediately respond by making sure we had a contact to reach out to should issues arise. **What problems is Roboworx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our solution through was automating order entry for an eCommerce website.
