It's relatively cost-effective and the medical insurance eligibility verification and health insurance claim status are completed in real-time, which makes the whole process very streamlined. The monthly subscription plan is also really convenient. It's difficult for me to justify committing to long-term contracts, so having this alternative available is perfect. **What do you dislike about eClaimStatus Health?** The medical billing service is done through a separate site/service, which is a little less convenient and having to go through a person (by calling or emailing) and then waiting up to one day for a response to get the free 15-day trial is less than ideal – I would much prefer being able to do that directly through the signup form on the website. **What problems is eClaimStatus Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned previously, the near-instant health insurance eligibility verification is what I'm benefiting from the most here. Being able to fetch the status of multiple claims in batches has proven to be very useful as well. ### 6. Their technology has integrated systems that allow for it to reach a ton of payers yet still work with what I need. **What do you dislike about eClaimStatus Health?** It can be a bit pricey for someone who is budgeting pretty harshly. I didn't really enjoy the live training, I would have preferred their to be videos to watch. **What problems is eClaimStatus Health solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to file medical claims and takes care of organizing the different payers.
