It's a web-based system that anyone of our distributors or service agents can use to file warranty claims. The system is basic and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ECI Davisware? The new layout. The new layout still does not follow warranty rules that were previously set nor does it allow for all claims to be reopened. There were several other things, in the new layout, that do not work correctly, that I have since, created a work around. When speaking with a Davisware advisor about my concerns, I found I knew more about how Global Warranty works then he did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
