Its making it possible to do the retros asynchronously without having to allocate a certain moment to the meeting. **What do you dislike about Echometer?** I do not like the fact that most of the post is given to post-mortem analysis. It provides a report of the team response but does not assist in how this response can be turned into practical solutions. **What problems is Echometer solving and how is that benefiting you?** They helped to make our team retrospective meetings more effective thanks to the Echometer tool. This makes the process engaging since the structure makes everyone be involved and feel at ease to express their ideas. ### 2. The discussion prompts and the rating scales may not be very efficient when used on handling a dozen or more participants. **What problems is Echometer solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Echometer has greatly eased the process of executing team retrospectives. Because of the structural approach, everyone stays on track and on topic, which makes the debates more useful and leads to positive changes in our work. ### 3.
