Echometer’s retrospective prompts are successfully arranged to encourage openness and identify potential problems in a team. I do not like the fact that most of the post is given to post-mortem analysis. The pre-constructed psychology-backed prompts foster transparency, due to which my team has been able to discuss weaknesses. Echometer appears to have been designed with small-scale teams particularly in mind.
