It runs the questions your customers ask against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode on a schedule, and measures visibility, share of voice, position, sentiment and the sites each answer cites. Where most AI visibility tools stop at a dashboard, Echo turns each finding into an action: what to change on your website, which pages to build and where to get mentioned, each with the evidence, an owner, a due date and a before and after. Echo helps do the work too, with content briefs and drafts in your brand voice, and shows which AI crawlers visit your site, the visits that come from AI assistants and a monthly AEO report.
