They are not as big, as industry giants like Cisco. Configuring a network in more difficult situations having technical expertise is often crucial. What do you dislike about Ecessa? The lack of customization options for these features is disappointing. What problems is Ecessa solving and how is that benefiting you? The evaluation process for multisite connectivity and high end use cases did not proceed smoothly as anticipated resulting in delays, in our networking project. Their cutting-edge approaches have increased our network connectivity, resulting in smooth operations and a better user experience. Ecessa is distinguished by its sophisticated link balancing and failover capabilities. The failover system seamlessly shifts to a backup link in the case of a link failure, maintaining connectivity. We can proactively identify and address any performance issues thanks to the real-time monitoring and reporting functionalities, assuring peak network performance at all times. The sales and support team are very responsive to our needs, we negotiated with them for an RFP process and they are quick to respond without the need to escalate the issue further. They are not the size of Cisco or other giants so the processes are a bit immature, however they make up for it in terms of excellent support.
