**What do you like best about Ecessa?**

The sales and support team are very responsive to our needs, we negotiated with them for an RFP process and they are quick to respond without the need to escalate the issue further.

**What do you dislike about Ecessa?**

They are not the size of Cisco or other giants so the processes are a bit immature, however they make up for it in terms of excellent support. May be they need to do some process modernization

**What problems is Ecessa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We evaluated them for our networking project for multisite connectivity and low latency high end use cases using Mpls and wan systems  and networking equipment.
