**What do you like best about Ecessa?**

They are not as big, as industry giants like Cisco. Configuring a network in more difficult situations having technical expertise is often crucial. Ecessa provides the worst support to help navigate through any problems. Their processes are not as mature as those of companies.

**What do you dislike about Ecessa?**

The lack of customization options for these features is disappointing. The integrated firewall and VPN could benefit from having functionalities to ensure comprehensive network security.

**What problems is Ecessa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The evaluation process for multisite connectivity and high end use cases did not proceed smoothly as anticipated resulting in delays, in our networking project. Ecessa has not resolved our network issues. Previously we struggled with downtime and sluggish internet speeds that severely impacted productivity.
