Ecanvasser is incredibly user friendly and with the hands on help from the support team we were able to train users with a variety of tech familiarity. What do you dislike about Ecanvasser? The labeling in ecanvasser is not unique to political campaigns so we have to use different language / labels for the way we collect data. Ecanvasser is more advanced software than the traditional canvassing software many campaigns use. A defined user structure, defined territory, and unlimited users for the one price were deal makers for my use case. eCanvasser was not really designed to do what I wanted it to (nothing else I found was), but it was flexible enough to work with the help I received from support in how best to set it up for my use case. I would like the feature to select a geographic area and have the addresses auto populate for that area, instead of needing to import them in. Especially if you could pre-select and add areas in a specific city or county boundary. That would have made my implementation easier to not need another data provider. I like how customizable Ecanvasser is. I was able to customize the fields to make it fit the information that we are looking for. I also appreciate how simple it is to export data. I dislike how the Walk and Go apps are often "glitchy". They could use some improvement along with the confusion the app causes in terms of organization.
