EBI24 is a system for electronic document workflow and cost invoice processing, used by small and mid-sized companies and accounting offices in Poland. It replaces approvals by e-mail, printouts and shared folders with one process in which every document has a status, an owner and a history. Cost invoices from KSeF, e-mail, scans and the mobile app go to description and online approval. The approver sees the document, the description and attachments on one screen and accepts or rejects the invoice, also from a phone. After approval, the invoice goes to the accounting program and to a bank payment batch. Each paid invoice stays in the electronic archive with the full history of who described and approved it, and when. The same system issues sales invoices, corrections with electronic confirmation of receipt, pro forma and advance invoices, and bilingual and foreign-currency invoices. It also handles contracts, e-signatures (EBISign), document templates with your own header, footer and logo, payment reminders, reports and summaries, and encrypted data transfer. Access rights can be set per user, department or company, so one account can serve several companies and branches. Accounting offices get their own access and work on already approved costs. EBI24 exports contractors, invoices, VAT registers and charts of accounts to Comarch ERP Optima, Symfonia, Insert, Raks, SAP Business One, enova365, Wapro, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Softlab FK and Macrologic FK, and prepares payment batches in the formats used by most Polish banks. Plans: Standard from PLN 49 net per month (2 users, 50 current and 500 archived documents), Premium PLN 119 (5 users), Advanced PLN 299 (10 users), and Enterprise on request, with OCR, bulk document generation, advanced BI reports and an encrypted database. The interface is available in Polish and English.
