"Useful platform with fantastic staff, but difficult to calibrate and a clunky UI."

What do you like best about EazyStock?

The best thing about EazyStock is having a customer success manager offering customer support, able to answer our queries and questions, and make changes to our system, all on very short notice. Our CSM has also given us training tailored to our experience and needs rather than a bog standard training or presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EazyStock?

The integration process was difficult, and for our business required a lot of customizations from EazyStock's developer. We have had to test and rework our EazyStock platform many times over the past 9 months and haven't been able to trust all the outputs and recommendations, which removes a chunk of the functionality that EazyStock offers. "Efficient system"
4/5
What do you like best about EazyStock?

Once the relevant training has been completed, EazyStock is fairly easy to use. Orders are automatically recommended for the most efficient stock holding, taking into account the level of demand versus lead times and target service levels that we have set in the system ourselves, which still gives us that important element of control. What do you dislike about EazyStock?

It can be quite time consuming going through all of the item alerts, however there are filters to help break down this task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and easy service, providied the information we want to see quickly."
3.5/5
What do you like best about EazyStock?

The recommended orders, order export and flexibility of the system cuts through the information you're not bothered about seeing and goes straight to the information you do want to see. Cristina has always been available quickly for any questions or queries we have and provided lots of training to ensure we understood the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EazyStock?

The refresh sync is done every 24 hours and is too slow, stock is ever-changing through sales throughout the day and we need updated, live information at all times not refreshed in the early hours of the morning. Unless we do not sell products, we technically never see live, accurate sales figures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Making Ordering a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about EazyStock?

The thing i like the most about Eazystock is the Order Level, i like how it changes depending on the forecast. As forecasts differ from month to month depending on demand, seasonality and shutdowns having the Order Level change depending on this helps me to make sure I am holding the correct level of stock given any change in forecast.

I also like the substitute feature, it's really helping from replacing one code with another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EazyStock?

I feel some of the search parameters are limited on certain screens, I feel if we were able to filter by anything on any screen that would really help.

E.G - If we could filter by description that would really help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Quick and Easy to Use"
4/5
What do you like best about EazyStock?

Moving from our old forecasting software we were a little reluctant and apprehensive at first when trialling Eazystock, but after the initial trials we could see the benefits straight away. Reviews on Eazystock are so much quicker and more accurate than our older system, we have had a couple of tweaks to make but we have saved a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EazyStock?

The main problem with Eazystock is everything being case sensitive, it's something I tend to forget the first time I use it in the morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eazystock - New Users"
4/5
What do you like best about EazyStock?

Quicker and easier to use than our current system - easy to review stock levels, cover and proposals

Staff very supportive at Eazystock when raising queries and resolving issues/training needs - alwasy available via email or even for calls/meetings - great team!

System accessibility and navigation is userfriendly - partiuclarly when you get more used to it - several ways to access the same things is good too.

Changes in demand are very easily picked up by the system and the alerts are very viusible - makes us quicker to react and understand fluctuations in our sales/stock Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EazyStock?

Setting PO MOQ level at units is not possible at order fill up. Work around is needed for our busines , we can do it but not easy.

Order fill up view is limited and could do with the ability to personalise the view and add more columns

UAT and Training is very un-interactive and can you switch off from it too easily - need it to be more interactive and more "training" before actual UAT.

Screen scrolling, you loose the top bit (action boxes) and you only get the column headings and loose the action boxes. Sometimes you need the visibility of more.

Not being live data for us as a business is harder, only loading daily, but not a huge issue but can on occasions cause a delay in ordering by 24 hrs.

Have found that, when rejecting lines from an order, if you have made any adjustments prior to rejecting, system does not retain the changes made - would be good it if could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful but complex"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EazyStock?

Visually, it provides average users with easy-to-digest information about forecasts/usage, past demand trends etc. It is useful that non-supply chain colleagues can gain significant benefit, not just a select few with priviledged knowledge. Integration is stable (as it's a supported integration into BC) and pretty easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EazyStock?

We still rely on our Success manager and Support to make what seem like simple changes, it isn't very open source, as it were Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
