I use/reply on EazyStock for my daily ordering and it has saved so much time! However, the best thing about EazyStock is simply the customer service/support. It is truly unmatched. Whenever I have a question or need to make "tweaks", I receive exceptional support and consultation on those needs. Additionally, EazyStock gives the user so many ways to tailor the system to meet your needs and it is incredible while still remaining user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest downside right now is I feel "trapped" to the classic interface and cannot moved over to the Evolution interface because there is some missing functionality or difference in the way Evolution operates. The largest most specific downfall for me in Evolution is the Order Fill-Up. In the classic version, on the recommended order, I am able to select order fill up and see all items with next order dates (projected) without any filters/requirements to do so. Whereas, in Evolution your are required to be in the Confirmed status and you are required to select a fill-up to option. In my opinion, the classic order fill up is much more straightforward and powerful. I strongly recommend using the same model as classic. The Evolution order fill-up for me is not usable which is why I feel trapped in Classic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EazyStock has been an excellent tool for streamlining our inventory management. It's helped us significantly reduce overstock and excess inventory, while also providing smart product suggestions that enable us to better serve our customers. I haven't had too much involvement in the actual day to day usage of Eazystock, but I'm told by our procurement colleagues that it makes their life easier & gives more clarity behind ordering decisions.

-Buffer stocks can only be updated on mass if the input value is the same

EazyStock looks at each item on a personal level and monitors the changes in demand and alters your forcaast accordinly, somthing which we struggled which before as we have over 4,000 SKu's. One of our main issues was the time consuming ordering process from excel to our ERP, which is now auotmated saving our team time so we can become planners instead of inputters. Dynamic lead time is great as it takes into the real life lead times for every product, so orders are being forcasted for the most accurate lead time.

The support we have recived from Eazystock team espcially Cristina is next to non, starting with great training on the system making sure we all understand, to when we are actively ordering using the system having monthly check in's and emails are always anwsered promtley for any questions we have. What i like best from Eazystock is that it is like an on going project and you constanly work together for what is best for your business to grow using the sytem. The only thing we struggled with when starting using Eazystock was the diffrent termanoligy used for the demand type, such as our best seller was classed as erratic when we class it as fast.
