Eateri is restaurant management software that connects the dining experience across guests, servers, kitchens, and owners. Guests discover restaurants, join tables through QR codes, place orders, and track meals in real time. Menus adapt to dietary preferences with filters and allergy reminders. Group ordering, bill splitting, and service requests happen directly within the dining session. Servers work from live floor plans with real-time order management and pickup notifications. Kitchens receive prioritized tickets that include allergy alerts and menu availability controls. Managers access role-based tools for staff coordination, shift tasks, and offline-safe syncing. Owners monitor sales, occupancy, guest ratings, staff activity, menu performance, and inventory through a centralized dashboard. The platform links orders, preferences, requests, and status updates across all service touchpoints in one shared system.
