One good thing they can delivered your meal to your office and very quickly. Taste is so good and they delivered very healthy foods in hygienic way. **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** They may add more restaurants and foods so that we can have more options. **What problems is EAT Club solving and how is that benefiting you?** EAT club is the easy way to get the food to office without leaveing the office and we don't need to waste the time so we can save the time for work more. ### 2. They offer a wide range of vegetarian/vegan options along with heavier and more filling plates which give a little something for everyone. All the food options available are from some of the most popular LA area restaurants and some new up-and-coming restaurants. **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** I know it is a logistical challenge, but some foods don't keep very well during delivery. An excellent example is food that arrives cold, like salad or sushi. I have heard of colleagues who have ordered sushi from time to time and received their delivery a little warmer than they would like it (maybe from sitting next to a hot dish). Some of them were even brave enough to eat. **What problems is EAT Club solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can continue to stay at my desk and work and have the food I have selected days before delivered to me without interruption. The amount of time it takes to stop what I’m doing and decide what to eat, then to drive to where I need to go to pick up lunch and come back to the office, I could have already finished my lunch and started my next task. Scrolling on door dash or other equivalent apps takes time along with the delivery. Too cumbersome to wait. ### 3. Signing up is extremely simple, there are a lot of choices to pick from, your employees have great options, delivery is quick and simple, and everything comes together at the same time to keep things simple. There's also an admin dashboard to help keep you organized and you can order for more than just one day at a time so you can plan out your meals in advanced and take some scheduling off of your plate, which is a great way to reward your employees without having to take too much time and effort. **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** I wish EAT Club had a virtual option. It was great for our employees in the office, but most of our employees are remote now, so it would have been cool if delivery options were extended to support a remote environment. **What problems is EAT Club solving and how is that benefiting you?** As everyone knows, work has become more than just what you can pay an employee - employees are looking for what perks you can provide, what benefits you have, etc., so to have this as an option for employees so they no longer have to worry about buying lunch, packing lunch, etc., it's just another incentive to retain good employees. ### 4. Variety is the biggest pro but can lead to quality issues. ### 5. The food sizes are good. The advantage is that the food is delivered directly to the office. So we can simply eat lunch at the company and don't have to leave the office. There is a lot of healthy food on offer. **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** The allergen information is not always given or followed exactly. That would be important that this is exactly right. **What problems is EAT Club solving and how is that benefiting you?** Every employee can order exactly what he wants for lunch or lunch during a video meeting and no longer has to leave the office. A little higher in price but absolutely appropriate for healthy eating. Quality of food is perfect. ### 7. Most days it has choices across the spectrum from vegan, salads, healthy, Italian, burgers, asian . Also like that I can see whats most popular in the office **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** restaurants that are on the platform are not the best and as a result it can be hit or miss. Makes eating lunch very convenient and the fact you can pick your lunch every day is nice. The portion sizes are normally pretty good. There's a wide variety of meals but they make sure to keep a good amount of basic ones available for any mood. **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** Sometimes the food doesn't come the way it was advertised. This happens with any food service but you learn what to order/ what not to order. Also sometimes the food does not come within the guaranteed time frame which can be frustrating at times. You cannot customize your meal which is inconvenient sometimes as if you have specific allergies to a condiment or part of the meal you cannot order it since you can't remove anything. **Recommendations to others considering EAT Club:** If you don't have a meal plan in place- this is a good option. Affordable, easy to use, and decent food quality. I'd recommend to use- especially for smaller offices. I'm personally not sure how it works for larger offices but based off what I hear- it's a good fit as well. **What problems is EAT Club solving and how is that benefiting you?** EAT Club allows employees to save time during lunch and be more productive because of the convenience of the delivery/ auto- back up plans. We get more work done and don't have to take time to walk or make lunch. Being able to select what you want to eat every day is good for employee happiness. ### 9. I simply go on, check the menu, and grab something I'm feeling like that day. The options are awesome and have SIGNIFICANTLY improved since they started.. Now there is everything from pizza and burgers to healthy and hearty salads. **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** Depending on the restaurant/food provider there can be some inconsistency in the quality of the food. **Recommendations to others considering EAT Club:** If you are interested in a meal program for your company, EAT Club is the way to go - simply for the ease of use. They take all of the company decision-making out of it and bear all of the burden of dealing with employees and their food needs. **What problems is EAT Club solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company is able to meet all of our employee needs when it comes to meal time. No matter what dietary restrictions there are, EAT Club has something for everyone! ### 10. It is useful being able to pick out food up to a week in advance, and there is a reminder when you have not ordered. They notify you when your lunch arrives so you can go get it right away. When browsing for choices, meals are conveniently labelled if it meets certain dietary requirements, and can be sorted by these criteria. **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** There is not nutritional information for all of the meals, so it is hard to know which meals are healthier than others. Delivery time varies, which isn't so bad, but it can arrive up to 30 minutes before noon which means the food can be cold by the time you have a lunch break. Depending on your area, there may be different restaurants offering food, so results could vary. **Recommendations to others considering EAT Club:** Eat Club provides the simplest way for employees to get easy lunches that they can pick. Saves a lot of time by delivering the lunches to you. **What problems is EAT Club solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eat Club allows employees to get food without needing to leave, otherwise people need to find food which can lead to overly long lunch breaks. ### 11. You can set the days and a location in the office for delivery. Workers simply have to log in and select the food, which also shows nutritional information, and voila! Their food is in a designated cubby on delivery. **What do you dislike about EAT Club?** The selection of foods is great, but sometimes they get a bit common throughout the days. Workers will start getting used to the foods, so it would be nice to have a bigger selection of foods. Also, the restaurants provided could include more foods from their original menu on the Eat Club menu. **What problems is EAT Club solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cost of selecting food vendors for the business is about the same if we decided for catering. However, with Eat Club we don't need to set anything up aside from the initial location and dates. Less work for office management and HR to deal with on a weekly basis, and they could focus on their main job duties. ### 12.
