What do you like best about Eat App?

Eat App is very user friendly. Easy to train my staff on and easy to use on the back end from management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eat App?

Eat App is a great mobile app that is friendly for all users. I can allow my staff to see and manage reservations seamlessly. I can create users and manage permissions all from my phone, tablet, or pc. The app works in real-time, when I create or change a reservation, the changes are immediate. What do you dislike about Eat App?

What problems is Eat App solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Eat App?

Eat app lets you personalize your experience to the degree that you need/want. I enjoy the degree of detail and the consistency of the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eat App?

There are a few bugs with waitlists and automations that I have yet to work out with their team, although they are working diligently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we use it in spain and it attends all our needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we cant see the soruces where reservations com from. instagram, facebook, tiktok, that makes it impossible to validate campaigns. there is an additional package to do so, but its way to expensive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eat App?

It's extremely easy to use and has a lo of advanced features which enable the user to navigate through it without any complications. Great support system also, available 24/7 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eat App?

Time of response whenever an issue is raised, sometimes is a bit too long to be ackowleged and therefore sorted but other than that, it's a great system to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Best in Eat App is easy to use it . Detailed Report for CRM. Table Management system at best. Reservation Management is so easy for a Team member to feed in information and just a click away to confirm the reservation to a Guest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
