Unable to share Database easily across the team after spending months inputting all the songs we sing at Church as well as all the available liturgy. Whilst the database is now distributed, any updates are local to the machine it is running on.

The reason for my tech call is that I updated to the new version of the software, and the arrow keys no longer worked for advancing slides. We have a number of different people who help us on Sundays, and when a change like that occurs and we didn't know it was coming, it becomes not only inconvenient bu distracting to worship. EasyWorship seeks to make the unique aspects of worship media presentation easy, and straightforward while at the same time robust. On the surface, it is an easy-to-use and well-laid-out user interface that offers simplicity in flow and function to get the right job done for churches.

However, the program offers a robust set of presentation features that allow deep customization and integration. The most recent version, brought together the benefit of multiple layouts, allowing for one "look" within the church, and a second "look" perfect for lower thirds live streaming. Their support has been excellent & always respond quickly to any issues or questions we have had. They have an extensive list of training videos. I like that is very intuitive for new users but has a lot of additional features in the bavkground. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've sometimes wondered if they are anticipating new features to remain competitive or are reacting after the fact. In any case what I've found is if there is a feature that I'm interested in they are very open in letting us know if it's coming soon & have even given me a Beta release to try out.
