What was most helpful about working with EW is that I had support from knowledgeable team members. From the time I got set up, I received follow-up calls and got answers to all of my questions live and without having to wait more than a day to get answers.

During the trial period, I completed 2 webinars and learned my way about the backend of the system. It's user-friendly and had everything that I needed for integration with my CRM.

The new templates are modern, big upgrade from the previous appearance.

We use it frequently for both live and evergreen webinars and the one single time there was a problem it was resolved within 3 hours of contact.

Intergration is somewhat limited, but if you are comfortable with Zapier you can easily update that.

Replay insights aren't currently captured on live webinars (not sure why?), but given they seem to be working on improving elements regularly, I'm sure that will be addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so automated - it's been designed with you in mind, making setting up, design, testing, and duplicating efforts as easy as possible. EasyWebinar does exactly what it says on the tin; it's so easy! From setting up your webinar to customising landing pages, thank you pages and emails the platform is so intuitive. I love the built-in countdown offers and polls as well. I found my first onboarding experience so insightful and enjoyable, Yamini was a delight and explained everything really well.
