What was most helpful about working with EW is that I had support from knowledgeable team members. From the time I got set up, I received follow-up calls and got answers to all of my questions live and without having to wait more than a day to get answers. During the trial period, I completed 2 webinars and learned my way about the backend of the system. It's user-friendly and had everything that I needed for integration with my CRM. We use it frequently for both live and evergreen webinars and the one single time there was a problem it was resolved within 3 hours of contact.
