The next day, I replied to his follow up email and got quick, helpful responses to new questions from Rakesh, who I really appreciated. He helped me get unstuck from a few issues I encountered and was very clear and generous in his communication. **What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?** I tried to use the chat feature. It said I would get a response in a few hours, but I never got a response. I was able to schedule a 1:1 zoom for 9:30pm that night, which was better than nothing but I wish I had received a reply (as promised by easywebinar) using the chat feature. Nevertheless, I appreciated the zoom access! **What problems is EasyWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** it's helping me automate my webinar so I can be hands off once it's set up. I hired a separate agency to walk me through the steps of building the entire system and easywebinar is just one component, so I'm not sure how easy it would be without those instructions. ### 3. From the registration page to the waiting room page they all reflect our brand and help us with brand consistency. The templates are very easy to use with drag and drop features. We would most definitely recommend this to our network! **What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?** So far the only thing we haven't loved about EasyWebinar is the look of the automatic emails. They are not as easy to customize as the pages, and the HTML preview is a bit finicky. We are still able to add our brand colours and look to the page, it just takes more work, time and coding. **What problems is EasyWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** One issue that we have had in the past is that we don't always have a "full house" on our webinars. This platform is great for hiding the amount of attendess, so whether we are speaking to 100 people or 20, we are able to present without worrying about the number of registrants. ### 7. The new EasyWebinar 2.0 does all of that. I am so pumped. When I ran into a few issues, the customer service sent me Loom videos to resolve my questions, super friendly, and fast. Naman in the tech team even above and beyond to help me with Unbounce by reviewing the live pages. I can't say enough good things about Easywebinar. I will gladly tell my friends too. It has various triggers for when integrating with email marketing software e.g. triggers for people who registered but didn't attend or attended, attended but left early, and so on... which helps you in sending more personalized follow-up campaigns. Also, they have scarcity features in Automated Webinar, which in my view is a must when you are having a Webinar be it Live or Automated. **What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?** There is nothing that I dislike about EasyWebinar. **Recommendations to others considering EasyWebinar:** If you use webinars to sell your products, and, want to use your webinar recording over and over again (showing it to different audiences) using Automated Webinars to generate more conversions, then I would recommend trying EasyWebinar. **What problems is EasyWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used EasyWebinar for creating Automated Webinars for selling Online Courses in our Business. EasyWebinar is easy to set up, it might take some time when you are doing it on your own. EasyWebinar has scarcity features that allow you to pop up links that you can time to appear when you are talking about an offer (you can add a countdown timer to it), this helps improve the conversions while the attendee is watching the Webinar. ### 43. You can host live webinars and also record them for evergreen. A lot of other apps only allow you to do one or the other but EasyWebinar allows you to do all this and more. You can also use it to host webinars that are saved on vimeo and other video apps, although the playback controls are sometimes missing depending on the video source so that's something to be aware of. **What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?** The support is pretty unhelpful. They take ages to reply and they ask silly unhelpful questions. I end up giving up whenever I need to contact them. The way the evergreen times are set up is also a bit weird. **Recommendations to others considering EasyWebinar:** It really does offer a lot more than some of the competitor companies that are more expensive and more limited. It's also really easy to set up your sales pages and link it to certain apps. The landing pages look good but the builder for them is very basic so you can't do anything too fancy with it. **What problems is EasyWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to host live webinars on a number of topics and sell them as replays as well. We also set up offers as part of the webinars so that helps us to make more sales. It's great that we can use our vimeo videos as well. The price is good too compared to other software companies that do similar things. ### 46. Also setting it up is confusing but there is someone always willing to help. Cons: The setup is a little confusing. You'll need to use video walkthrough's and probably get on a chat with the team. My least favorite thing was discovering I'd need to use 3rd party video hosting for my automated webinar.
