The support team, namely Rakesh, have provided a lot of guidance to ensure I have it set to how I specifically need, and to help with my questions. **What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?** There are a lot of add-ons, white labeling and custom domains are at a premium. Also having a support member available to help out made it much easier. **What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?** The only thing I could really think of was the fact that the customization features felt a little outdated, e.g, the registration pages **What problems is EasyWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps our business reach a larger audience by having automated webinars running at all times, which also saves us time in constantly setting up live webinars. ### 5. From the registration page to the waiting room page they all reflect our brand and help us with brand consistency. The templates are very easy to use with drag and drop features. We would most definitely recommend this to our network! **What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?** So far the only thing we haven't loved about EasyWebinar is the look of the automatic emails. They are not as easy to customize as the pages, and the HTML preview is a bit finicky. We are still able to add our brand colours and look to the page, it just takes more work, time and coding. **What problems is EasyWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** One issue that we have had in the past is that we don't always have a "full house" on our webinars.
