The software of choice of Talent Acquisition Managers, Universities Career Services and Job Boards to create chat based recruitment environments that engage candidates and recruiters. Companies like Bosch, Continental, EY or Petronas as well as 50 Universities trust us to connect top talent with their recruiters. We have clients in 23 countries and offices in Europe (Madrid) and the USA (Philadelphia). Our software is completely accessible from all mobile devices, both for the visitors and for the company representatives (more than 50% of traffic to virtual fairs comes from mobile devices) and doesn’t require any downloads to attend the event. Easy to Use platform **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2021 **What do you like best about EasyVirtualFair?** Pros: - Great platform for networking - Great to have the option of chat and integrated video - With the stand map interface, it gives you the real feeling of being present in an actual fair - Lots of options to customise stands - Push notifications were a plus to inform exhibitors and participants of what’s going on within the fair - Lots of different features exhibitors can use (webcasts, job posting) **What do you dislike about EasyVirtualFair?** Cons: - 1-1 option was difficult to use as scheduling option was not integrated into the platform – exhibitors wanted to use this feature and have a clear schedule of when they will meet what participant, however the external scheduling feature (creating an account, synching your own calendar) was not ideal - Some of our partcipants and exhibitors were having trouble connecting to the platform and we were not sure why - No way to save chat messages, when either the exhbitors or partcipants logs out, they lose their message - to have the public chat for next time **What problems is EasyVirtualFair solving and how is that benefiting you?** -Good ressource to have when face to face events are not possible - benefit : we can still carry out a great user-friendly event experience for companies and students ### 2. It is really user friendly for all the univerity students who want to know more about EY. You can add all the information that you want in the website, in a easy way and with different formats. Furthermore, all the website can be modify with the identity of the company which it is a must for us. **What do you dislike about EasyVirtualFair?** When we started to work with EasyVirtualFair, we had some interface problems in order to adapt the website and all the information. Maybe, this process could be improve in order to see the results faster. **Recommendations to others considering EasyVirtualFair:** I reccommend to try EasyVirtualFair products in order to give a chance. They could improve your image in the business. **What problems is EasyVirtualFair solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we created our company website with EasyVirtualFair, we had another website which was not attractive for university people. It really adapts to the needs of the company. It has made possible a meeting place between companies and university talent in order to improve the chances of finding a job for our students. **What do you dislike about EasyVirtualFair?** Nothing dislikes me. It's very easy to work with the Easy Virtual Fair staff.
