I love this platform for its capability to translate the whole document which is uploaded by creating a project. The platform does the translation work very accurately. I also love the part where there is an option for the translation to be done either by human or by machine. The translated file is can also be access back easily. The translated file can also be downloaded to the desktop. Other than this content can also be generated using the Ai of this platform where we can customize the creativity, word counts content type, voice tone etc. Other than this I also love that part where it generates keywords for SEO optimization. I love the performance of this platform. The platform have a user friendly interface and the onboarding of this platform was also easy. What do you dislike about EasyTranslate? I love most part of this platform but I wish that more language for translation was also available. I also wish that we could select the language for the keywords generated for SEO Optimization. I also wish that the platform was more easy to use or there was an AI chat to assist the tasks. Not with easytranslate" 5/5 What do you like best about EasyTranslate? in our daily life as a marketer for 6 countries we struggle a lot with high-quality translations. Even is AI and online translation services are a great help, they do not match the quality that we need to match the business termns of our industry. That´s why we love the internal review function and term memory of easytranslate. Also we can automate a lot of processes with the easytranslate wordpress plug-in. The staff at ET is very friendly and helpful. If I ask a question in chat, they basically reply right away. What do you dislike about EasyTranslate? I've been involved since 2018 and ET is often behind on payments. Too many to count. Lately I've been following ET's instructions to put the payment due date on the invoice, but still late. And even though I have sent emails to ET reminding them of the delay, I still have not received the money. Two months have already passed. Unfortunately, this does not create trust. Easy Translate is an excellent localization and content creation company! I worked as a freelancer for ET for the past 8 years and have also been an ET client. From the perspective of a freelancer, the agency is well-organized, fair and loyal and has a warm and welcoming corporate culture where it is easy to form personal connections with the on-site employees. ET does an amazing job of balancing the interests of their clients and their translators. Payment is always timely and fair. From the perspective of a client, ET always delivers excellent work on time and offers innovative options in both localization and content creation.
