I really can't think of anything that doesn't work or that I dislike. If I must complain about something, it's that sometimes the payments are working as they should (late or incorrect). Dedication of the EasyTranslate team, and their willingness to address any issues or problems rapidly. Their API endpoints are well maintained and documented, this meant it was relatively seamless to integrate the EasyTranslate service with our backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were, at times, issues with translation quality. On a longer-term project, this would have likely been ironed out early on, however, under such strict deadlines, this caused some delays in our production pipeline. It appears some translators relied too heavily on the machine translations provided, without adjusting for style and context. It must be added that when translation quality issues were identified, EasyTranslate was quick to intervene by either sending translations back to the translator for edits or changing the translator completely.

To conduct the full review process for translations, outside of the EasyTranslate UI (ie within our app engine), required more overhead than initially expected. EasyTranslate had to open up their internal API's for us, which was more difficult to work with (and less stable) than the standard endpoints documented on Postman. Some of the platform functionality is in the early stages of maturity and still has a little way to go before it is 100% useful for us, especially in terms of the translate yourself feature and invoicing, but I'd also like to see some added functionality for us to be able to use it as a project management and KPI tool. Liv, the customer success manager who helped me, was very attentive and did everything she could to rectify my issue. She called me to ensure we were understanding each other correctly and follows up to ensure I am happy with the service. The translators are also great and are eager to improve their work if they have misunderstood something, and communicate if they have two options of translations for me, depending on which works better.
