**What do you like best about easyTithe?**

They have a great monthly price that gets you a lot of bang for your buck. The rates they charge per transaction is also VERY good. Overall, it's a great deal. The site management is also pretty user friendly and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about easyTithe?**

Their reporting features could use improvement. Especially when a donor gives, but their card gets declined. They could make this easier to see. There isn't a report you can pull that shows declined donations unfortunately.

**What problems is easyTithe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run our non-profits online donations platform with Easytithe and use it to keep up with our donors to make sure their gift gets to where they want it to go.
