I really appreciate having a personal support manager with EasyStaff Payroll who made the overwhelming setup process much simpler by helping me fill out the necessary data and guiding my colleagues in receiving their payments. Also, the affordability of the 10% plan is a massive plus for me as a small business owner paying in unusual currencies. I find it super easy to load up my balance using my bank card, which is very convenient for the small amounts I typically send. The introduction of the recurring tasks feature is a great addition, allowing me to set up monthly payments easily with just a click, saving me time even if not a huge amount weekly. We've been using EasyStaff Payroll to manage payments to international contractors, and it has significantly simplified what used to be a fairly time-consuming process. The biggest advantage for us is that everything related to payments, contracts, and compliance is handled in one place. Instead of coordinating multiple payment methods and preparing documents manually, our team can onboard freelancers quickly and pay people across different countries without unnecessary operational overhead. I appreciate that with EasyStaff Payroll, the payments due to Russia work well. What do you dislike about EasyStaff Payroll? Well, it's like doing the payment is done in 11 steps. And there is one part which is particularly cumbersome, and that is anticipating the amount of money. The only known way of doing that is to create a payment task and then get an estimate for the money needed, upload the money into the money exchange, and then hope the money is enough when doing the money exchange. I wanted a tool to support my side hustle and so far it was worth it every minute. Someone told me about Easystaff and I tried it because it took the least effort to join. I had to do verification but it was quick withing a day. My favorite features are that it sends money fast to people I need to pay. In my side project, I have two people that work with me full time and sometimes I hire freelancers. I am based in CIS and two people are in Serbia and Italy plus I hire freelancers from Vietnam which means that there is too many bank cards and currencies to deal with on my own. I didn't have time to check with banks for every country. I mean for me all that mattered was simplicity. Simple payments to people I need to pay, on time, no stress over money. I hate it when I need to get in touch multiple times to resolve an issue and it thankfully doesn't work like this with easystaff. I am using it for about 7 months and i only spoke to support once, at the very beginning. after that, all was clear. What really stood out to me was thair human customer support. I mean? with all the AI chat bots everywhere these days, that kinda thing really matters more than ever. I usually hire freelancers from CIS for my side projects, and it's super convinient to handle everything through them (and I even reffered some businesses to Easystaff!). Easystaff turned out much easier in terms of paperwork and fees. I'm on the 10% plan (though there's a few options), which fits just fine for me. Tried paying via crypto once (I sent fiat, freelancer got crypto). Surprisingly, it went smooth! Big thanks to my personal manager Ivan, he's been suuuper helpful at every step. There's just too much bank-n-forth every time I bring someone new on board. Maybe they could automate some of it or at least make it a few steps shorter. Time saving would have been awesome. Haven't had any tax audits (yet!), but if that ever happens, I'd rather be on the safe side. "I’m a founder and my team is now 100% remote. I thought I will rely on things like paypal or even direct bank transfers but payroll really was the biggest problem of all. Each payment was took 30 min plus double checking plus chats with people and still no guarantee payment will go be delivered. For me and my super small team, this workload was just too much time spent on admin. But then I was recommended Easystaff Payroll and everything just went so much faster. The longest task is to onboard a freelancer, the rest is super fast. It is still routine but it is just so much faster and easier. And of course documentation is automatic which is just an amazing advantage and another problem I didn’t see in the beginning. And it is crypto. Some people from Asia wanted crypto and I didn’t want to spend my own crypto for an essentially business/payroll operation, so I am glad Easystaff payroll changes that. It was a relief to find a solution like this for sending payments and getting paid globally. At first, my main challenge was finding a platform with clear, transparent rates. With other platforms—especially the bigger companies—costs can add up quickly, and they end up making my micro-payments not worth it. Easystaff’s threshold is $10, which has made it much easier for me to send smaller payments without feeling like fees are eating everything. The second big point for me is the quality/price ratio. I really like the variety of payment options. In one case, we had a freelancer who wanted to be paid in crypto: we paid in fiat money, and they received a crypto payment by directing the money to their crypto wallet. It removes so much hassle, which I absolutely love. Lastly, Easystaff can direct payments on its own. I do a bulk balance top-up, and the platform sends money to specific freelancers.
